The love for cigars

For me, the love of cigars was a simple thing. I've always admired the outlaw Al Capone vibe of cigars resembled but equally having a connection with Hispanic culture. I admired the history of it..

Once I then started smoking for the first time I realised that there was something very almost magical about smoking a cigar the fact that it forces you to take time. Because you simply can't just spark a cigar up and smoke it in 10 minutes, you know that when you prep that cigar, you're gonna sit down whether it be half an hour an hour even an hour plus it really makes you take time out for yourself.

Then you realise that there is something rather magical about it and then you discover a community of like-minded people who simply love cigars. There are many different types different blends different price ranges and in some countries unfortunately there is a bit of bragging rights of who can spend the most on them, but generally speaking it truly isn't incredible community.

And that is why I hear on subkultr I really wanted to be a part of aiding the community to continue to grow. Unfortunately here in the United Kingdom we have a government that really is against this this culture and I think it's a shame because you simply don't smoke a cigar the same way you would smoke cigarette or an E cigarette. Of course I strongly agree with the fact that we shouldn't encourage children to smoke but the reality is is no 15 year-old teenager is generally gonna be interested in smoking a cigar and also if they try to inhale it they're gonna cough like mad because like we said you generally don't smoke cigar the same way you smoke an ECG or a cigarette..

But for me like I said I love the outlaw vibe. I love the Hispanic culture and I generally love the fact that it forces me to take a moment with a nice cup of coffee with some good music on and enjoy 40 minutes to an hour on average to smoke cigar.
